In addition, personal data concerning you are processed under the responsibility of the company Tuttoink srl for the purposes of commercial prospecting, navigation analysis, audience measurements, behavioral advertising, statistical studies, satisfaction surveys and the fight against bank fraud.

3. What personal data do we process about you?

In particular, we collect and process:

  • the personal data you entered on our Platform when creating your account (email, surname, first name, address, password, etc.);
  • information relating to your orders placed on the Platform (product purchased, transaction number, delivery address, etc.);
  • information relating to your means of payment (credit/debit card number, credit/debit card expiration date, CCV code) via a secure payment provider, which is the only one to have access to this data;
  • if you have accepted your credit card registration: information about your credit card (name of the credit card holder, the last 4 digits of the credit card number and its expiration date) through a secure payment provider, which has access only to this data;
  • the information you provide to us when you contact customer service via the Tuttoinchiostro.it Platform (content of the dialogue, nature of the complaint, return of products, etc.);
  • your connection and navigation data on the Tuttoinchiostro.it Platform (IP address, products and pages consulted or searched);
  • data relating to the consultation of emails that we send you for statistical purposes and commercial prospecting;
  • the information you provide to us when you write a comment on the Platform;
  • information about our advertisements that you consult;
  • the information you provide when you participate in promotional operations, contests or events organized by us.

4. How long do we keep your data?

We store your data in our database only for as long as necessary to achieve the intended purposes, then store it with restricted access for an additional period in order to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations regarding archiving as well as to comply with the applicable limitation periods. At the end of this additional period, your data is permanently removed from our databases.
